Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that shipping times may be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or periods of high shipping volume.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are not the responsibility of Yurt Rock and must be paid by the customer.


Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

If the carrier’s tracking information indicates that an order has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, Yurt Rock is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

This includes (but is not limited to):
• Packages marked as delivered but not received
• Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
• Packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation

We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping address at checkout and, when available, selecting a secure delivery location.


How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to monitor delivery status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If your order has not arrived within 7 days of the carrier’s estimated delivery date and tracking does not show “delivered,” please contact us at support@yurtrock.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you in filing a carrier inquiry when appropriate.


Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@yurtrock.com with your order number and clear photos of the item’s condition. We review these cases individually and will do our best to reach a fair resolution.

Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
