Chop it, flip it, play it back like you meant it. JUGGLE is a loop re-sequencer for any sound, not just drums. Record any audio straight from your DAW, or load a loop from the entire Yurt Rock Vault catalog or your own drive, and JUGGLE cuts it onto pads. Then rebuild the groove your way on a 16-step grid, or let JUGGLE generate completely new grooves in a click: new orders, rolls, ghost notes, reversed hits, pitched slices, A/B scenes with a morph between them. Try it on guitar, keys, bass, vocals and more to change the vibe and feel of your song in seconds. When it feels right, drag the finished flip straight onto your DAW timeline.

Free to try

Play the whole thing before you pay. Every pad, every preset, the generator, the XY effects and the full mixing console, on any loop you like, for as long as you like. Exporting your flip is the only thing that needs a license. No card. No iLok. No countdown.

Record anything, flip everything

Route any track in your DAW into JUGGLE, pick 1, 2, 4 or 8 bars and hit record. JUGGLE captures it on the next bar line at your session's tempo and lays it across the pads, ready to chop. Hit Roll, pick a preset or let the generator loose, and the part you just played comes back as a completely new groove. You never leave your DAW.

It's not just for drums. Flip a guitar riff into a stuttering hook, turn a keys part into a syncopated pattern, re-cut a bass line so it pushes against the kick, or chop a vocal into something nobody sang. It's the fastest way to change the vibe and feel of a song.

How it works

  1. Record or load a loop. Record up to 8 bars of any track straight from your DAW, browse the entire Yurt Rock Vault loop catalog without leaving the plug-in, or drag in your own audio.
  2. Chop it onto pads. JUGGLE slices the loop into 16 or 32 pieces, either on an even musical grid or cut right on the hits.
  3. Flip the sequence. Rebuild the groove on a 16-step grid with velocity, chance per step, ratchets and rolls, swing and step locks. Write an A scene and a B scene, then morph between them.
  4. Shape every pad. Each slice has its own pitch (tempo stays put), reverse, tone, decay, punch, grit, crush, warble and level, plus room and delay sends. A loop-wide layer sits on top for moves that hit everything at once.
  5. Perform it. Hold Throw for a dub delay, Tape stop to drag the loop to a halt, or Freeze to stutter it at 1/8, 1/16 and 1/32, climbing as you hold. Ride four XY squares at once, each wearing one of seven effects. Every move prints into the loop and replays on every pass.
  6. Mix it and drag it out. Flip to page 2 for a full mixing console, then drag the finished flip from the strip along the bottom straight onto your DAW timeline, or click to save a WAV.

What's inside

  • Record from your DAW: route any track into JUGGLE's input or sidechain and record 1, 2, 4 or 8 bars, starting on the next bar line at your session's tempo. Drums, guitar, keys, bass, vocals: anything you can play becomes a loop to flip.
  • The whole Vault, built in: full access to the Yurt Rock Vault loop catalog right inside the plug-in, so the source material is real session players, not stock loops. Or drop in your own audio.
  • 300 presets in 30 folders: ready-made flips to start from, plus a Roll dice when you want a surprise.
  • A generator that flips the groove: turn a loop into boom bap, jungle, drill, footwork or half-time, or let it mutate the pattern, breed two flips together, scatter euclidean ghost notes and add rolls.
  • Hold-to-print performance moves: Throw, Tape stop and Freeze are written into the loop as takes. Don't like one? A single Undo removes the whole take.
  • Four XY squares, seven effects: Filter, Echo, Gate, Wobble, Space, Crush and Swirl. Put a different one on each square and play them together. Your finger moves are recorded and replay every pass.
  • A 16-channel mixing console: one channel strip per pad, each voiced as PUNCH (forward and aggressive), GLASS (clean and precise) or IRON (thick and warm). Trim, high-pass, drive, 3-band EQ, dynamics, pan, fader, mute and solo, VU meters, and three insert slots per channel: FET-style compressor, tape, filter, crush, chorus, delay, plate and tilt EQ.
  • Drum bus and master: glue compression and its own inserts on the bus, then out through the master.
  • See the groove: the Ring draws your pattern as a circle that lights up on every hit, and the Flip Tape shows your flip slice by slice against the original.
  • Locked to your session: follows your DAW's tempo and transport sample-accurately. MIDI notes C1 to D#2 play pads 1 to 16, with velocity.
  • Drag-to-DAW export: drag the flip from the strip along the bottom onto your timeline, or click to save a WAV.
  • Save and share: keep your flips, and send a link that rebuilds the exact flip for whoever opens it.

FAQ

Can I try it first? Yes, and there's no clock on it. Without a license JUGGLE is fully playable: every pad, preset, effect and the console. Exporting your flip is what the license unlocks. You can also try it right now in your browser at The Vault Labs.

Is it just for drums? Not at all. JUGGLE works on anything with a rhythm: guitar, keys, bass, vocals, percussion, even full mixes. Record a part from your session, roll a few presets and hear it in a whole new feel.

Is it an effect or an instrument? An instrument. Load it on an instrument or MIDI track, pick a loop, and it plays in time with your DAW. You can also trigger the pads from a MIDI keyboard or pad controller.

Can I use my own sounds? Yes. Record any track straight from your DAW, up to 8 bars at a time, drag in your own audio, or pick anything from the Vault catalog inside the plug-in.

Do I have to program every step? No. Start from one of the 300 presets, hit Roll, or let the generator flip the groove into another style. Then tweak from there.

How do I get the result into my song? Drag the flip from the strip along the bottom of the plug-in straight onto your DAW timeline, or click to save it as a WAV.

How many machines? Three. Your serial works on up to 3 computers.

Do I need a Vault membership? No. The $49 license is yours forever. Membership includes the plugin along with the whole catalog.

What do you mean by "works in all DAWs"?

For each release that you download, we provide everything into organized folders (by bpm and tempo) that allow you to quickly find the loops and samples that you're looking for. From there, simply just drag and drop the file into Logic, Ableton, Pro Tools, FL Studio and any other DAW that you might be using.

Yurt Rock products are 100% Royalty-Free. What exactly does this mean?

This means that you can use any of the loops purchased from Yurt Rock in your own songs and you are free to sell the recording commercially without owing us any money. It’s that simple.
