Questions
Good to know.
What's in the Vault? +
The full Yurt Rock catalog: loops, samples, MIDI, multitracks, MPC, MASCHINE and BATTERY kits, Roland SPD-SX Pro expansions, and Logic, Pro Tools and Ableton sessions, recorded by legendary session players. Plus a new custom VST3, AU, AAX and Standalone plug-in every month while you are a member.
How is this different from Splice or Loopcloud? +
Services like Splice and Loopcloud meter your downloads with monthly credits. The Vault doesn't. One membership unlocks unlimited downloads of the entire catalog, with no credit limits and nothing to ration. In addition, we also offer much more than just loops and samples. Enjoy deep integration with a wide variety of products with custom kits for MPC, MASCHINE and BATTERY, and Roland SPD-SX Pro expansions for drummers. Plus Ableton Packs, Logic and Pro Tools Sessions, and much, much more.
Do I need to install anything? +
No. The Vault runs in any browser at vault.yurtrock.com, and free desktop apps are available for Mac and Windows if you'd rather have it as an app. The app itself costs nothing and you can browse and preview the entire catalog without an account. Downloading the files requires a membership.
For our plug-ins, you can download AU, VST3, AAX and Standalone versions of every one of them for Mac and PC at vault.yurtrock.com/plugins.
How does the free trial work? +
Start the free 7-day trial and the full Vault unlocks immediately — every download, no credit limits. After 7 days your membership continues at $19.99/month unless you cancel first. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing, and anything you already downloaded is yours to keep.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Manage or cancel your membership from your account in a couple of clicks. No phone calls, no retention maze.
Do I keep the files if I cancel? +
Files you have already downloaded are yours to keep and use under the license. Access to the online library and new releases ends when your membership does.
What can I do with the sounds? +
Use them in your own productions, records, beats, scores, and paid client work. The license is royalty free for commercial use.
What formats do I get? +
Loops, samples, MIDI, and multitracks, plus MPC, MASCHINE and BATTERY kits, Roland SPD-SX Pro expansions, and full Logic, Pro Tools and Ableton sessions, so you can mix and rearrange to taste.
How do the files reach me? +
Automatically. The moment you subscribe, your library opens and everything is available to download on any device.
A note from the founder
I started Yurt Rock to put real players back at the center of music production. Every loop in the catalog came from someone who has spent their life behind a kit or an instrument, not from a synthetic pattern generator.
The Vault is the simplest way to get all of it. The whole library, plus everything we record next, for less than the cost of one sample pack a month. Open it, use it, and go make something worth keeping.
